MDB provided marketing for one of the most recognizable and dynamic commercial real estate portfolios in the region. Prudential held a diverse portfolio of Class-A, flex-tech, mixed-use and industrial properties – in excess of 1 million square feet. MDB was a lead agency in marketing many Prudential projects, including some that won numerous NAIOP and other industry accolades.
