Traditionally, advertising agencies describe themselves as being "Business to Consumer," or "Business to Business."  We believe such labels miss the point of what advertising is supposed to do.  It is supposed to make an emotional connection, from one human to another, regardless of whether it is one business person talking to another business person, or to a consumer.

To construct a winning strategy, we study both your brand and your customers. We review existing research and current strategic/marketing documents. We conduct a competitive review with an eye toward finding opportunity. We interview people who are already faithful to your brand, as well as those who aren’t (potential customers). We find the hot buttons.

Insight

Once we understand your brand holistically, we look for the insight that will connect it viscerally to the needs of consumers. What makes your brand, your venue, your events or a particular exhibit relevant and why? What can we discover that will create a compelling reason for people to “buy”? We look for pieces of information that are diamonds in the rough. There’s magic here. It’s our job to unleash it.

Inspiration

Armed with information and insight, we move to the realm of imagination and innovation to make the creative leap. We look for ideas that will create emotional touch points throughout the messaging and build a brand persona that will become a magnet, motivating consumers and decision makers to action.
